A week or so ago I had the option to select a custom range for the motion sensativity. Now its gone. Does anyone know what happen to the custom range for the KS220M?

Hello @TPVader2000 

 

Please confirm kasa APP and device firwmare are both up to date. 

Then check Kasa APP Device settings-> Motion Sensor>  Sensitivity

How To Configure the Motion Sensor Feature on the KS220M Smart Switch

 

Can you share a photo of that page, what is the app version, model of phone and its OS?
