Been using the Kasa app for three years iPhone and iPad, five smart switches.  I added three smart lightbulbs on iPhone and can't see them on iPad. I thought they'd sync.  Am I wrong?  Will I have to add th m to iPad too?  Model KL125

Fixed, I hope this will help others. 1. I logged out, then logged back on the ipad app (the one that didn't see the bulbs). That didn't work. 2. I deleted the app, then reinstalled it and all was well.
