app update 3.1.0 caused KC300S2 outdoor cams to go offline
so after the latest app update 3.1.0 my KC300S2 outdoor cams always say they are offline they still send videos to the activity page on the home page it shows the hub is online but the cams show as offline and on the camera page both cams just show as offline to i can not view a live feed from them i have reset my router i have reset the hub i have reset the cams and nothing changes

@Solla-topee i did say i was on version 3.1.0 of the app that is the newest version of the app is it not im using an android phone it is a galaxy S21 ultra 5G running android 12 i have not been pushed android 13 yet

i am having the same issue. in fact, a couple days ago all my devices (which are like 60+) had a freakout and i had to manually hit the reset button on all of them! they are all back, but the spotfree cameras are doing EXACTLY the same that you are describing. i have 2 hubs, so i removed one from the account and tried to re-add it. it configures fine, then immediately shows OFFLINE. the weird thing - when i went to remove it again in the app, the hub started blinking orange all on its own, which tells me it must be online... they really need to fix this.
