Internet went out, nothing works!

So the internet went off and now all my wifi devices on the network (light, switches, door locks) are just unreachable. I'm running home assistant and truenas. I can get to those machines but the wifi is done for. What's the deal?! This thing should work without an internet connection. I need a fix for this.
