I have an HS210 3 way. I have replaced 1 switch with the 210 while leaving the other switch alone. The smart switch will turn on the lights but only for a few seconds then the go off. Also can't seem to get the WiFi to connect. I have other smart switches (HS200) and plugs all work fine. Can't figure it out.

Make sure the switch that was replaced with the HS210 was the one on the line/live side and not the load side.  When using the HS210 with a standard switch in a 3-way run it is required that the HS210 be on the line side so that its wireless module has a constant flow of power and so it can be controlled through the app and voice commands if using a voice assistant.  

 

If the HS210 is installed on the Load side of the 3-way run the manual switch will have to remain in the "on" position to ensure the HS210 has a steady flow of power.   This does not mean the lights can't be turned off in this situation only that the HS210 would be the only control point.
