Model: Kasa KL130  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.13

 

I require to control and manage the Kasa bulb locally by leaving it connected to a Wi-Fi network without internet access. However, when the device detects the absence of internet access and fails to connect to the cloud server, it will automatically disconnect and then attempt to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network every 10 minutes. 

 

I primarily use these smart devices on a local network with limited internet access, this reconnection process disrupts regular usage.

I'm having a similar issue. I posted over here when I couldn't find your post (I saw you mention it on that thread about the beta firmware.)
