D210 Doorbell chime makes no sound when motion is detected

I purchased a Tapo D210 from Amazon & installed it yesterday. Everything but the chime works well. I get motion detection alerts on the app and my Amazon Alexa, but the chime makes no sound when a motion is detected.
It makes a sound just fine when the doorbell is pressed.
