Share Tapo care videos

For some reason I can't select TC82 cameras but that's what we have.
I got the care plan and I'd like to share the videos with my wife. I had her create an account so she can log in and I shared all the devices but she's not able to see all the recordings. How do I change this? Do I just need to give her my own login info? Seems a little counterintuitive.

@Proflashrtist I'm having the same experience. The videos on the cloud/tapo care tab are not visible from her account. This should not be the case as this is sold on a per-camera basis, not user. Did you get an explanation or resolution?

@G-N8 the answer is that you have to buy a sub for EVERY person for them to see vids and get notifications. It's ridiculous.

@Bosbom yeah i had a soloar panel break just because i moved it from one part of my house to another. Nothing was hit, I even cleaned it, now I am jumping through hoops just to MAYBE get an RMA.
