Model: Deco BE65 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20250403 Rel. 28046

Greetings Friends!

I currently have a three pack Deco BE65 pro's in wired backhaul, set up as an AP. Everything seems to be working as it should however, one of my wired backhaul devices has an Apple TV connected to the local ethernet ports on the back (1 of the 3 ports) 5 Gig for wired backhaul and the other 5 Gig to Apple TV ( I know the ATV is only 1Gig ;-0 ). Upon a fresh connection and reboot, I get an accurate speed test resulting with the speed of my Internet that I purchase.  However, overtime, not completely sure how long it takes, but I'm noticing that when I run a speed test on the Apple TV again, I get about a 10th of the speed until I reboot that node, then it corrects itself.  I really don't want to schedule reboots if I don't have to.  I don't have any Bandwidth Control on or QoS.

Also, I believe I have hardware version one there's nothing written on the bottom of any of the three units. I have that state a version, so I'm assuming it's V1.

Does anyone have any insights or thoughts - or could this be a bug?

Below are some screen shots from the App. You can see in the Main Bedroom you can see the wired Apple TV called Apple TV MB and it is hardwired.

Thanks everyone!

Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried switching out the Ethernet cable that is connected to your tv? The other day I was helping someone out with a speed issue and we found out that he had an Ethernet cable that was wired incorrectly. You can read about it at the post below

If you switch out the cable and you still have the same issue get back to us. Also the speedtest your doing going to guess it's built into the tv?

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

@HelpFixDecoApp these are both brand new category six cables.  On the Apple TV there is a Speedtest app. Which mind you is not 100% accurate but most of the time it shows pretty accurate speeds.   I just replaced the cables again, and I have a feeling that the network port on this particular unit may be failing.  I've only had this system for about three weeks.  I was just trying to see if anybody else

Based on your network map, it appears that the TV is connected to the "Laundry" room deco. This could indicate a faulty port, as you suggested. To diagnose this, I recommend tracing the cable from the back of the TV to the laundry room deco. Please disconnect the cable from the deco and reconnect it to the port that links the laundry room to the main bedroom.

If devices connected to the main bedroom deco begin experiencing issues and the TV connectivity stabilizes, this would suggest a problem with the port on the laundry room deco.

3e4d7433b0c3452ea2231af08a355958  @HelpFixDecoApp actually the Apple TV is connected to the Main Bedroom not the Laundry Deco.  I did get on with support chat last night and we ran a bunch of tests and have since determined that it seems to be isolated. However, the next time I experience low speed I'm going to connect a laptop to the additional port on that node and run some additional speed test to see if it's a negotiation between the Apple TV and that node or if it's actually happening on that node's switch.  I am also going to check the other notes as well. Once I see the decreased speed from that one node to verify that it is just isolated.  When the connection does decrease, I run a speed test through the Deco app and I get full bandwidth on the system.  Thanks!
