Cameras not connecting
Tapo c120 (x2) I changed my username & password on my router, trying to reload cameras. They show in network on iPhone in settings, as if they are connected, but my app says they are not.

Hi,
If you have changed your router's Wi-Fi name and password and now need to reconfigure the camera to control it in the Tapo app, please try the following steps.
1. After powering on a camera, wait for two minutes.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. Then, the camera will have a flashing red and green light.
3. You can refer to the following instructions to set up your camera to connect it to the new Wi-Fi network. If the camera is configured successfully, you can repeat the steps to configure another camera.
