Model: Tapo C325WB  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.17

I tried to update the firmware remotely through the app and after 10 min I got an error that said the firmware couldn't be updated, try again. I have tried many times in the last hour and the app will not engage with the camera. The camera is inoperable from the app. 

 

What can I do to fix this? I just installed the camera.
