Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check its version info.
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, what detection types are enabled?
3. Can you receive a detection notification when an event is detected? Please ensure the Detection feature is working first.
4. Please send us a screenshot of the camera's Device Settings > Alarm page. If you see the Alarm Event Type and Alarm Schedule options, please send us the screenshots of these pages.
