Does anyone know how manually correct the timestamp on the camera?

All the documentation I can find says it is automatically set by TP-Link servers, but it's 32 minutes ! Does TP Link not know what time it is?

Can someone post the email address of the person who sets the time for the servers? Maybe we can all email him and get guys life back on track. I'm guessing he's late to every meeting, meal, and social engagement he has! Very sad for him, and for all of us!!

All humor aside, how do we fix this extremely annoying defect?

Hi,
Usually, if the Tapo C615F is working properly, it will automatically sync the date and time with our NTP server. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera has an incorrect date or time.
Tapo Camera Shows Wrong Date and Time

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. What date and time are displayed on the camera's live view page, and what date and time are displayed on your phone at the same time?
  2. Can you control the camera remotely in the Tapo app?
  3. What's your time zone? What time zone is shown on the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page?

Best Regards
