Just bought C100 yesterday- setup was easy- visuals are fine from the app but there is no sound at all. Volume is up on phone and all the way up on app. All I hear is static. Talking through microphone works- I have setting set to record sound - any ideas what could be going on? I have music blasting to test away from home and nothing.... I DO NOT have an SD card installed but figure that wouldn't affect it. Thanks!

You can refer to Steps 1-3 in the instructions below to check your camera's hardware, configuration, and placement environment. After that, if you can't hear the person's sound in the Tapo app > camera's live view page when he talks in front of the camera, it may be that the camera's microphone has an issue. You can contact the local support team for further assistance.
