Hey Community,

 

We have received feedback from some users that when the Meta Quest 3 VR is connected to the Archer GXE75 V1's 6 GHz Wi-Fi and used for gaming via PCVR, the following phenomenon may occur:

 

  • Instability with the 6 GHz Wi-Fi connection during PCVR gaming sessions.
  • Potential connectivity issues for other devices that support 6 GHz Wi-Fi, which may include a complete loss of signal.

 

Please note that the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks are unaffected by this phenomenon.

Available Solution: 

Our R&D department has provided a beta firmware to address this behavior. We encourage affected users to download and manually update to this beta firmware and to share feedback on their experience.
