Model: Archer C2300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.1 Build 20250925

Updated to this latest version on 1/9/2026 and shortly after, noticed Brother iPrint&Scan stopped working.  I can still ping and even access the http site of the Brother printer (2370DW) and scanner (ADS-1700W).  Noticed it stopped working on all of our computers so deduced it was a router issue.

Easily re-producable.  Just enable "Intrusion Prevention System" under "Security>Antivirus" and the iPrint&Scan stops working.  Disable it and software starts working again.

The alert history reports it as "Classification: WEB ACME mini_httpd Arbitrary File Read -1 (CVE-2018-18778).

1/14/2026 update. I also reached out to Brother and they replied back today saying not their issue.
