I've never had any issues with the audio on my app while using this camera. But the last week or so I've noticed I haven't been receiving any sounds on recorded videos and on the live feed.

Hi, 
You can refer to Steps 1-3 in the instructions below to troubleshoot. If the same phenomenon persists, try factory resetting the camera and reconfiguring it to see if that helps.

If not, it's recommended to contact the local support team to check whether the camera is under warranty.
