Not receiving notifications to my Android phone
I've enabled everything in both the tapo app and in my phone settings. Still not getting any notifications when the doorbell is rung. Updated the firmware to the latest version. Still nothing.

For the reported phenomenon, please check if your camera settings are correct.
1. On the doorbell camera's Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Video Call page, please check if Push Notifications is selected. Then, tap Grant Permission, and ensure the listed permissions on your phone are allowed.
2. You can refer to the instructions below to check if they help.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
Please provide the following information for further analysis if the same phenomenon persists.
1. Can you receive detection notifications on your phone when the camera detects events (such as motion-detected or person-detected notifications)? Can you receive the detection notifications in the Tapo app?
2. In the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings, please send us the screenshots of the Detection, Notification, and Doorbell > Doorbell Video Call pages to check if your camera settings are correct.
You can upload the screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
