If the camera's power cord got chewed through, you can try to purchase a replacement power adapter (which includes the cable) from a local store or online store with the same specifications. To find the correct specifications:

  • Visit the TP-Link official website (https://www.tp-link.com)
  • Search for your camera model Tapo C211
  • Go to the camera's Support page, select the camera's hardware version, go to the datasheet to check the input/output voltage requirements, and check the power connector size requirements.
