Model: Tapo C120  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.9.2

Before 1.9.2 firmware. And after would get notice of new video or detection. When looking at the video it says video not available. Plus have a sd card in it too. But have current subscription to tapo. Anyone else this problem?

Hi,
Typically, you can go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback page, then tap the Cloud icon or the SD card icon to view videos stored on our cloud server or SD card.

 

If you have subscribed to a Tapo Care plan but no video is stored on our cloud server, the following instructions may help.

If no videos are saved on the SD card either, please refer to the following instructions to confirm whether your storage settings are correct: How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
