I have 3 devices set up for connection alerts. When I try to add another I'm receiving error message that says... "Unable to add device. Try again". I have been trying for several weeks. Still not able to add.

What Router/Deco and which F/W is on it?

 

Are you using the Deco App, and if so, what device is in use?

 

What DEVICE is it?

 

What SSID and Security is on that SSID?

If you have a Deco model, please refer to the instructions below to configure the Connection Alerts feature on the Deco app.
How to configure the Connection Alerts feature on the Deco app
 

Please ensure your Deco node's firmware and Deco app are up to date. Before configuring the Connection Alerts feature, please connect your phone to the Deco Wi-Fi network.
