I would recommend making sure that you are close to the camera while you are setting the device up. I would recommend making sure that the network was not save in your phone settings by deleting the entry if it exists.

If you have an Android device, you may consider using this for the initial setup.

One thing, make sure that you have disabled VPNs or adblockers on your network as it may cause this behavior
