I can not receive a verification code to my email to sign in to continue. I'm very frustrated thatbi can't set up my smart plugs. Please help me. Thanks

Ensure you have gone through all the steps in this FAQ, such as checking your Junk Inbox and your app version. Lastly, if you are connected to your Wi-Fi when requesting the code, you may try logging in while connected to your mobile network.

The emails may be delayed, so please be patient if all other routes fail. Have you been able to try since Sunday?
