I anticipation of changing my ISP to one supplying 2.5Gbps Internet and higher to come, I uppraded my outside cabling to CAT 8 with prewired connectors, they are quite cheap now. That ISP didn't work...

Well, I checked my settings, and QOS was again enabled?? Turning it off has increased speed but still not to spec. Maybe it defaulted to on after a SW update or optimization, I don't understand why...
