@JoeyNapes After you do a factory reset, you need to re-enter all of your settings including the WIFI settings. Are you able to sign on to the router with a PC connected to the router via Ethernet?

@Markmv I prefer to use "Auto" for channels as which channel is best can change from time to time if you have a lot of other WIFIs in the area. I would use specific channels if I was having issues....

@Markmv I suspect you have SmartConnect turned on. Turn it off and you will be able to set your channels. Note you will need to use different SSIDs for each band and use your device's WIFI settings...
