@Jammers the user guide for that router says to use the 2.5 port. Be sure you power off both the modem and router as the doc shows in the connection section of the user guide.

@Elishg I suspect whatever VPN you run on the device attached to the router may have that issue although I have never tried it. Seems somewhat logical to me.
