@6Aussies Log into your main router and look at the DHCP client list to find the new IP the router gave the extender. Use that IP to log into the second extender and change the credentials there.

@WisconsinKathy If your router also broadcasts the 5G then the extender is not connected to it. If your router only has a 2.4G then that should be it.
