@Jbert40 Try configuring the extenders IP to be on the same subnet of the main router. Subnet mask should be: 255.255.255.0

@JP181818 You could do that, might take some tweaking on the firewall, but should be doable. You could also place the router in front of the main Deco, and switch the Deco to AP Mode.

@Lope If the clip no longer available then it was likely already deleted from the cloud server due to it being past the time it saves clips.
