Tapo C320WS Blurry Zoomed In Live View
As per title.
Having issue with live view. Very blurry and zoomed in. However, playback footage is very clear.
Tried restarting, it will become clear but back to blurry, the next day.

Hi
Our Tapo camera supports simultaneous viewing through 4 streams (2 main streams + 2 substreams). Based on the image you shared and the problem description, it seems that two other devices are viewing the camera through the main streams(high quality), while your Tapo app is viewing the camera through the substream(low quality), which may result in a blurred image. (The video recordings in the SD card are saved with high quality by default.)
You can disconnect other devices to stream the camera, and check if you can view the camera via the main stream in the Tapo app.
Best Regards

Hi,
1. On the camera's Device Settings> Video& Display> Video Quality page, please ensure you have selected the best one to have a good quality Live View page.
2. Could you please send the pictures of the Live View page of the camera before and after you restart it to have a comparison?
Best Regards

1. I have mentioned that this only applies to live view. The immediate recording playback does not have the issue.
I have tried to play around and changed to every resolution, 720p 1080p and 2k QHD. There is no difference and all looks the same blurry live video.
2. These pictures are private so I will delete it after you view it. 1st Pic - Problem blurry live view, 2nd Pic - Playback recording & After restarting (both same clear view)
The easiest indication is the timestamp. One is enlarged and blurry.

I see, now that makes sense. Yes, someone else is streaming it via RTSP but I didnt think of the two types of stream quality.
I will monitor it and see if the issue occurs again without anyone else streaming at the same time.
