Phenomenon Description:

Recently, we have been alerted to an issue that Archer NX200 may fail to connect to the Internet when choosing 5G Only mode.

Workaround:

If your Archer NX200 cannot connect to the internet in 5G Only mode with your SIM provider, please go to Advanced > Network > Mobile WAN > Network Mode on the Web management page of NX200, select 5G/4G/3G, then save and reboot the router to check if it will connect to the internet.

Additional Information

If the workaround above doesn't resolve the issue and you still can't access the internet, please confirm that you can connect to the internet by inserting the SIM card into a phone. Then provide the following details.

1. Model number, hardware, and firmware version of your TP-Link Router.

2. Who is the SIM Provider?
