I started an up date but the dog tripped over the power cable half way thru so now I have a brick - cannot factory reset any ideas or bin it?

Hi,
Cutting off the power to the camera when updating the firmware may make the camera become brick. In this situation, you can check if Case 3 in the below instructions will help you.
