Model: Tapo C530WS
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.12 Build 250515 Rel. 59734n

My newly purchased 530WS appears to be switching off every 24 hours'ish.

In this state it displays no status LEDs and it's offline in the Tapo app too and cannot be accessed.

Recycling the power from the socket reboots the camera andresolves the issue until it happens again approximately 24 hours later.

RSI is -44  and the camera is six feet from one of three meshed routers in the house.

All other Tapo products within the house work without problems and have done for years.

Patrol Zone is enabled because the camera periodicall moves to a random position of its choosing and so patrol zone ensures that it returns to my chosen position every fifteen minutes.

Zones are enabled.

Line crossing is enabled

Tamper is enabled.

Recording is set to continuous/loop.

There does not appear to be any other scheduling settings for on/off camera within the app itself.

Any ideas anyone please?

Please make sure you're using the original power adapter. If you're using any extension cables or PoE to power the camera, unstable power supply may occur and make the camera shut down unexpectedly.

If the problem happens at the same time regularly, you might want to check the camera's auto-reboot setting under: Device Settings > Reboot Camera > Auto Reboot.

Did you turn off camera's status led? Will the led lit up after rebooting the camera? Do you still see this camera on router's online client list when this happens?
