Hi,
The Tapo app v3.16.108 is not our officially released app. Where did you get it?
For the reported phenomenon, it's recommended to uninstall the Tapo app and then download and reinstall the latest one from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).

Hello, this is the latest version on Google Play. The problem started after my apps were automatically updated. Updates are disabled on my tablet and it works fine. The version available on Google Play, version 3.16.108, is the latest public version. I don't know where to download unofficial versions.
