Firmware downgrade
Hi,
Is there a way to downgrade the firmware on my C425? It was working fine until version 1.2.2, since then the events recording have corrupted audio and it loose frame.
If I hit the "Record" button in the app, the recording is fine.
I want to downgrade to the previous firmware.

We do not have the instructions to downgrade the camera's firmware.
For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Are the camera's detection video clips stored on the inserted SD card or our cloud server?
2. Can you hear the sound and watch the camera's live feed properly on the Tapo app > camera's Live View page?
3. Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
