firmware update c310
I started my firmware update about 8 hours ago on my outdoor camera. It is still not finished. Does it normally take this long? Any suggestions what to do. My WiFi connection is stable.

Typically, updating the camera's firmware won't take so long. In your situation, please turn off the camera, wait for 2 minutes, then turn it back on and check whether you can still control it in the Tapo app.
