Hi,
Please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
Fail to configure Tapo Camera

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the LED status on the camera, such as flashing red, flashing red and green, etc.?
2. Do you mean you can't find the camera's default SSID (Tapo_Cam_xxxx) when configuring it?
3. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
