Future Consideration Possibility to change WiFi channels
There should be a way to change WiFi channel, or at least the system should change it by itself, choosing the least saturated one. For 2.4GHz it is clear that it will be almost impossible to select a free channel, but on the 5GHz I only see other 2 networks and we are all in the same channel! For at least one the reason may be that our neighboor is using a TP-Link product as well.
I think this is a very basic configuration in any WiFi device, which I would have never though was not going to be possible before buying it.

@parry MrBjorn Hi.welcome to the community.
The good news is the engineers are re-evaluating the feature request of changing channels and that might be a good sign so far.
Do you have any performance issues when Deco is on the current channel?
Instead of waiting for the feature implementation, maybe you can provide more details about what happened to Deco so that we can see if there is any workaround.
Hi parry, I am not quite sure if I got you and what you are trying to say "DECO does not prompt for log in"? could you please explain to me again?
Thank you,
Best regards.

@David-TP , I am really disappointed that this feature is not available and I probably would not have bought my Deco W7200 if I had known this ahead of time. One of the main reasons this is important to me is that I use home assistant and a zigbee network to communicate with different sensors. The zigbee network overlaps with the wifi network that my Deco chooses so I have constant drops in my sensors because I cannot choose a wifi channel that is lower to reduce this effect. PLEASE, correct this issue!!!

Until TP-Link sets up the ability to set the 2.4 GHz channel and also set channel width to be 20 MHz (instead of the 40 MHz they currently use), why not setup your zigbee network on channel 25 or 26? As seen in the diagram below, these are very unlikely to be interfered with by WiFi, even if WiFi uses channel 11 at 40 MHz width.
