I'm trying to connect VR600 to an existing modem router (it's from our cable company in Israel).

I was able to connect an older TP-LINK model (TL-WR1043ND) with wifi and wire connection.

When I try to connect the VR600, I get no internet at all.

If I don't allocate a static IP, it will get the same IP as the modem router, and will give a conflict between both.

If I enter different IP address it will give no internet at all.

I was trying to set it as wireless router, tried to disable DHCP, trie a lot of things that I read about, with no succses.

Can someone give me some hints or instructions?

The physical connection is between the wan/lan port in the VR600 to port #1 in my modem / router.

I need the VR600 for connecting my usb printer to the net (if it matters) and its far away from the modem router.
