Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5

Hi. I've got a c200 which is great for the money but is flagging a number of false positives. Detection sensitivity set to low. Camera view is down a drive between two unoccupied due to covid19 buildings, so pretty static.

I have a custom zone set which excludes the road at the end of the road, and the sky.

Viewing the video via the alert, I see that the overall picture brightness often changes quite sharply at or near  detection time. There is also sometimes (perhaps half) the time a car passing outside the custom zone.

Any help gratefully received!

@oldbod

Hello, please check and ensure the camera firmware as well as the Tapo app version are up-to-date, then confirm again if there are still false alarms.
