Hi,

Sorry if this problem has been solved in a previous thread. I haven't been able to find it.

Recently the Wi-Fi of my TL-WPA4220 has been disabled for no apparent reason.

I'm unable to enable it using the Wi-Fi button. Furthermore, when I try to reset the device nothing occurs.

Despite of this, I can use the device to connect to Internet using one of its Ethernet ports. However, I can find any device when using the tpPLC and the Powerline Scan utilities.

Any help will be appreciated,

Good day.

May I know how long have you had the power-line adapters?

Did you hold the reset pinhole at the bottom of the TL-WPA4220 for 10s and when you hold it, is there any change of the LED lights?

And when you connect the laptop via cable to the power-line utility, is there any device showing up on the utility?

By the way, Did the Wi-Fi light still lit up on the power-line extender？

Thank you very much for your fast reply.

I have the devices from January 2019.

The LED lights don't change either when I do a reset or when I try to activate the Wi-Fi.

Talking about the reset, I tried several times holding the reset pinhole for 10s. Nothing happens.

The utility does not show any device and the Wi-Fi light is ever off.
