Firmware Version: AS bought

Hi,

I am having trouble currently setting up my Deco M4. From the app setup the procedure seems to be without trouble until the setup of the Wifi network, wherein once you connect to the network, there is no internet connection, but the Deco shows a white light.

I have tested this for two different modems yet the same result happens.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi, was your service provider PLDT?

Could you please send me a private message about the MAC address or your main Deco?

I used to receive similar feedback like this(the LED is normal but no internet service):

And the problem is that the PLDT only activated one internet port on their modem and if users wanted to use more, they might need to contact PLDT for activation.
