Tapo 310 cloud storage
I'm using a c310 camera with the cloud storage but it's only saving the videos to the cloud from 4pm to 7am so nothing during the daytime hours.
is this normal or needs a fix?

so then I need to wait for a firmware update as I'm subscribed to tapo care and it's set to record 24h but still missing 7am to 4pm cloud record

Hello @Mrabsent
I recommend trying beta if you own V2, or wait for official firmware if you own V1.
The time of getting available firmware on APP is unknown, sometimes that could take several weeks or longer.
