@David-TP i have successfully updated my 3 M4 hardware v4 to this firmware. I need another deco device to get better coverage. Will a single M4R hardware v1 work in this setup?

Hi @Moral3s,
Did you manage to downgrade to 1.0.2?
I've been trying as well but it's still on version 1.1.0

Anyone else find 1.1.0 to be unstable? Many devices seem to have trouble connecting to the mesh after a few hours and the mesh needs ot be rebooted?
I have a mix of M4 w/ 1.1.0 and M5 w/ 1.6.1.
Are you planning on fixing the Deco M4?

@Papaey M4R is the name for all Deco M4 models.
Check the bottom of your M4. It should say "Ver.: 2.0" or something like that. That's the hardware version.

@David-TP Any news regarding the update for the older hardware revisions?
Now that the weather is getting nicer again, the air somehow seems to carry wifi-signals better and my garage Deco sometimes (once or twice a week lately) decides to connect wirelessly instead of via the powerline ethernet... And then the poweline system connects "backwards" and everything becomes slow as hell.
I'd love to remedy the situation by manually configuring how the decos are supposed to connect. It's not exactly reasonable to have to fight a broken mesh system every once in a while And of course it always happens at the most critical moments...
