Update - I was out of the house this morning at my mother in laws where I connected to their home wifi, I tested and wasn't able to connect to my router either on tether app via their wifi, so my issue is not only related to 4g/5g but also trying to connect via someone else's wifi connection.
I also linked a my RE550 to my tplink ID and added this to my easymesh network, I could access the RE550 no problems via 4g/5g on tether app.
Also connected up an Archer AX20 that I have here and linked that to my tplink ID, i was able to access that no problems via 4g/5g on tether app.
Hopefully I hear from your engineers soon 👍

Sure. Your case has been escalated to the support engineers already, they will contact you soon.
@elchapo Can I have the specific firmware version of your Archer C6 v4? Is it the latest 1.13.0 Build 230516 version? Was there an error message when you tried to login to the C6 via 4G/5G?
How about connecting to another wireless network, will you be able to login?

The option to assign a IP address direct on a Satellite is not really a must, but desirable
The workaround to assign a reserved IP address works fine.
Furthermore the Tether App ( used for the C80's ) doesn't work as it should.
As soon you switch to 4G, C80 devices ain't reachable or don't show as expected information.

Thom
