snow effect on night mode
Hi
On my 2 tapo camera c500 when I use night mode I have a snow effect appearing without any reason (no flying animals, no rain at all, no snow neither, absolutely nothing).
When I use the day mode it disappears completely.
I am obliged to stop the detection because I have a false alarm every seconds.
Thanks for helping me to solve this issue.
The cameras have been installed 3 days ago.

I answer to my own post , this effect is due to too much humidity in the air. The picture was fine this night

Hi,
Thank you very much for sharing your findings, I found another thread that also confirmed the fog causes this phenomenon.
Best Regards

Hi
same problem here.
If the problem is truly caused by humidity in the air, and TPLink does not quickly find a solution, I wasted money.
I probably made the mistake of purchasing a low-end product.
Installing a camera that gives false alarms when there is humidity in the air to the point of having to turn off the detection... makes the security camera useless.
What's your opinion ?
