If your Tapo C210 is configured successfully and it's bound to your TP-Link ID, you can download and install the Tapo app on your wife's phone and log in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link ID and password, then your wife's phone can control the Tapo C210 as yours.
If your wife logs in to the Tapo app with her account, you can share the Tapo C210 with your wife's TP-Link ID.
