Can't view the Tapo C520WS on my Echo Show 8. It shows as being linked but it says Live view is not available. Echo show 8 can stream video of all my Eufy and Blink cameras and they are all setup in the same manner.

Here is the instruction if can't make the Tapo device work with Alexa.
What should I do if I cannot make Tapo smart devices work with Alexa or Google Home?
 

Please help confirm the following information if you still fail to watch the camera on Echo Show 8.
1. Can you watch the camera's Live View page on the Tapo app when using mobile data or other Wi-Fi networks on your phone?

2. On the Tapo app>Me>Third-Party Services>Amazon Alexa>Tapo Skill page, please send me a picture of this page.

3. On your Alexa app>Devices page, can you see the Tapo C520WS?
