Hello. Should a family member on a shared device be able to view playback of recorded incidents via my tapo care plan? I've upgraded my account to Tapo care premium..but my sister cannot see the same recordings I can.

Hi,
The shared account has limited permissions to the camera, and it's unable to see the camera's cloud video recordings.

If you want your sister to see the cloud video recordings of the camera, an alternative is to log in to the Tapo app with the owner account.
