Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have AX72 connected our NBN.

i would like to block website access

There were no options in the router access control setting ( in my previous router I was able to do this )

I tried Parent Controls using HomeShield using Tether app;

Created a profile, add the target device and under block websites, added the websites to block.

This has no effect. I am still able to access the site on the device. I am adding as full site starting www and end with com

Am I missing any steps?

You should be able to open your Tether app up,

Click on the family button,

Select the family profile you want to add the website blocker to,

Once that members page has opened click where the members name is at the top

It should then open another page and you'll have a list of different options.

Click on blocked websites

Then enter the Web page you want to block and save.

Word of warning I think you only get 32 entries and they quickly go before you know it.

Also if your trying to add website blocker for a child's device and they have a vpn on their device and its activated then the cut off times,filters and specified websites that you block won't be stopped until the vpn is deactivated.
