Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Hello,

In the Tapo (Android) app I navigated to "Device Settings", "Advanced Settings", "Camera Account" and created an account.

This allows access from NVRs via RTSP.

I do not need this to be enabled, anymore.

How do I remove the "Camera Account" credentials and, therefore, remove access via RTSP?

I can only see a way to change the credentials, but not to remove them.

I could only find this thread, which has the wrong answer and it is locked: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/563618

Hi,
It's unable to remove the camera account for RTSP connection via the Tapo app, but you can change the password of the camera account to disconnect the RTSP stream.
You can also reset the camera and reconfigure it to remove the camera account settings.
Best Regards
